A few things worth knowing.

How does the free allowance work?

Daily, weekly, and monthly limits apply to the same work. Each schedule can run up to once a day; one agent can check for updates up to once an hour. Check usage and reset times in Settings → Billing. On Free, included work pauses when you reach a limit. On a paid plan, work using the free allowance continues on paid credit when a limit is reached.

What happens if I use all my paid credit?

Work that needs paid credit pauses until the next billing period. Nothing extra is charged unless you choose to buy a credit block or enable auto-recharge. Any remaining free allowance is still available, unless a payment problem or account restriction prevents it.

Do credits roll over?

No. Unused plan credit expires at the end of the billing period. Your next monthly payment adds your plan’s new credit allocation.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, in Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Does a bigger budget unlock more features?

No. Every paid budget includes the capabilities listed above. A larger budget funds more usage, not additional features or a fixed number of agents. Credit use varies by task, model, and tool. Connected apps, MCP and agent handoffs require setup and appropriate permissions.
