Paul Favorov, CEO of HelloPackage, built an agent team on Hyperagent. Its first prospecting run surfaced 800 opportunities and mapped 27 markets in a day.

HelloPackage runs Hyperagent through an MCP server and webhooks, so its other systems can hand off work automatically. When a comment surfaces on LinkedIn, a research agent picks up the company name, finds the right contacts, and adds them to the go-to-market pipeline for outreach.

The agents connect through Slack and work across LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Apollo, and Salesforge.

“With Hyperagent, we were able to automate the connections, the lead sources, the browsing of the internet, and mapping everything out into one platform and get the final result ready to take action on.”

Prospecting one region used to take months.

Selling into high-density real estate means knowing which buildings are going up, where, and at what stage of construction. The data lived across CoStar, Salesforce, regional websites, and spreadsheets. Paul had to stitch it together by hand, then rebuild the pitch material for each audience.

“We ended up having to copy-paste; a lot of everything was done in the end manually and then had to be aggregated through spreadsheets.”
Paul Favorov, CEO of HelloPackage

The work was possible. It just did not scale. A customized presentation only happened when Paul had the hours to build it.

Paul gave that recurring work to an agent team on Hyperagent. The prospecting agent has a clear job: scrape large regional databases, map every building under construction by stage, and build an individualized pitch and reach-out plan for each one.

It returns finished documents Paul can hand directly to the people selling alongside him. What used to take months came back in a day.

“What made Hyperagent hit for me is how quickly within a day it did about 27 markets ... we were never able to do before because it required probably months of manual web scrubbing.”
Paul Favorov, CEO of HelloPackage

Paul is a software engineer who spent about 20 years building hardware and automation platforms that replaced manual work. He started HelloPackage about eight years ago. His product fixed the package room.

Paul still runs go-to-market. There is no marketing department to hand it to. He just does not have to execute every recurring task himself.

His role moved from doing the work to setting it up and keeping the context right. He curates the knowledge base the agents draw from and decides what the team sells. He watches what each agent costs and what it returns. On development work, Paul keeps code review with his developers so generated code never ships unchecked.

A valuable agent is one that earns its keep on a real job.

Paul made the same call on his own go-to-market that his customers make in their package rooms: stop running a core function by hand and run it as infrastructure instead. Hyperagent is where that infrastructure lives.

“Not only are we replacing the backbone of our websites and our entire development pipeline with agents using Hyperagent, we’re also automating and accelerating all of our customer service, our sales and marketing, and all other processes in our business using Hyperagent.”
Paul Favorov, CEO of HelloPackage

HelloPackage manages packages for multifamily and student housing. Three years ago, it ran about 50 buildings. Today it runs 200, serves 70,000 residents, and processes more than 10 million packages a year.

The company now runs agents across four parts of the business: go-to-market, marketing, customer service, and development.

HelloPackage was recently accepted into the National Association of Realtors’ REACH program, putting its product in front of the association’s portfolio. A land-and-expand strategy took the company from 50 buildings to 200. The goal now is 1,000.

This time, the prospecting and outreach that growth depends on runs on the agent team, not on one person’s week.
