Pricing changes (August 2026)

We announced these changes on August 25, 2026. They take effect on August 26, 2026. New customers are on the new model immediately. If you already have a plan, nothing changes mid-cycle: your current terms run until your next billing cycle starting on or after August 26, 2026, and this page explains exactly what happens to your account then.

What is changing

• Pay As You Go is discontinued. It is no longer offered to new or existing customers.
• Annual plans are discontinued. They are no longer offered. Existing annual subscribers keep their current terms through the end of the term they have already paid for.
• The early-user bonus subsidy ends. A progressive bonus that grows with your plan, up to 45%, replaces it.

Your promotional and bonus credits already received are not affected. They remain until they are used or expire, and each block shows its own expiry in Settings → Billing.

Pay As You Go users

Pay As You Go had no included credits and billed metered usage as it occurred. Here is what happens to your account.

• Any promotional or incentive credit blocks you hold remain until you use them or they expire.
• Your current usage-based billing ends at the end of your current monthly billing period.
• You receive a final true-up bill for any unpaid usage at the end of that period.
• There is no automatic mapping to a new plan. To keep running agents, choose a monthly plan in Settings → Billing.

Current monthly subscribers

Your current terms end at the first billing cycle after this August 25 notice.

• Any promotional credits you hold remain until you use them or they expire.
• The old subscription bonus expires at the end of the billing period ending after August 25, 2026.
• At your next cycle, your subscription automatically moves to the corresponding new monthly plan at the same monthly price. You do not need to do anything to stay running.
• If you would rather move to a different amount, choose another new monthly plan before your cycle renews.

Annual subscribers

You keep the annual term you have already paid for. It runs to its end and will not renew.

• Any promotional credits you hold remain until you use them or they expire.
• When your annual term ends, your subscription automatically moves to the matching new monthly plan.
• If you would rather move to a different amount, choose another new monthly plan before your term ends.

What the new plans look like

You pick a monthly plan and pay its price up front. That price comes back as credit equal to what you paid plus a progressive bonus that grows with your plan, up to 45%. The credit expires at the end of the billing period, and your usage spends it down. By default your plan price is all you pay: when the credit runs out, runs pause until the next period. To spend beyond it you opt in, by buying a credit block or turning on auto-recharge.

What happens to your existing credits

Promotional and bonus credits you have already received are not affected by this change. Each block keeps its own expiry, shown on the Credits card in Settings → Billing, and your agents spend those blocks down as usual. On the new plans, the credit from your monthly plan price expires at the end of each billing period.

Plan change timing

During this migration, plan changes work differently than usual:

• Plan changes take effect immediately. You move to the new plan right away.
• Your billing date resets. Changing plans starts a new billing period on the day you change, and future renewals fall on that date.
